8/17/2023: cf. Apheloria polychroma breeding attempt

The last 2 years have been wonderful for me in terms of roach propagation. I have more species in culture than ever before, and acquiring new ones to figure out the husbandry has gone swimmingly with wisdom gained over years of failure. It’s time to crack my knuckles and refresh my attempts at breeding another taxing beauty!

I’ve gone all-out on a breeding set up for these cf. Apheloria polychroma, and I’m optimistic about positive results on the near horizon. Keeping this species alive has been very easy for me, so with a few key tweaks to enclosure preparation (primarily sterilization of materials) I think I have a very good chance at an F1.
