This line of oranges has been heavily outcrossed (Dearborn, Michigan wild caught females to red males from Montgomery, Alabama) and exhibits extreme vigor. Individuals show many colors, including brick red, peach, neon orange, and light orange with yellow flecks. The base color is always a rich orange or red, however.
