The patchwork roach has been in the hobby for a while but it can be a picky breeder. Under ideal conditions it will reproduce like Gyna lurida though cultures don’t seem to grow as quickly. The delicately adorned adults are good fliers and the colorful nymphs are very cryptic. However, all life stages will emerge at feeding time, and adults commonly cling to enclosure décor during the day.
