This representative of the genus Gyna has been cultured by enthusiasts for a long time. The adults have a variety of color schemes, and the nymphs are a truly striking marbling of black and white. Though the nymphs cannot climb, their erratic running behavior transfers to adulthood, where at times they seem to prefer to fly instead of climb! Very easy to breed, females can give live birth to over 200 tiny babies per litter.
