10/8/2024: October move update

With the WGL ended, I figured I would dust off the blog posts section for an update on the move.

We FINALLY have an absolute last possible date for the land clearing: November 4th. Once the site is cleared, construction on the new bug building will take place immediately. It’s been a huge load off our shoulders to have an end date to some of the madness, but we’re not out of the woods yet as there are still some “brambles” we need to untangle in the process, particularly since it seems like we’ll be switching land clearing companies.

Regardless it’s nice to have some certainty in this very convoluted process. I hope that by January we’ll be properly settled in and I can show everyone the fruits of these endeavors!
