12/20/2022: Cockroach husbandry guide update 1

Yesterday progress on the care guide was pretty straightforward; I printed a hard copy, did a read-through, annotated some things that needed to be changed, and added a list of information and sections I’d like to add. I was pleasantly surprised by how little some sections needed updating, but did notice something interesting about my tone.

There are a good many assertions that leave little wiggle room for interpretation, and I’d like to “loosen up” this language a little bit where applicable. The focus of my husbandry refinement has definitely shifted from specific tips and tricks by the species and into a general approach for most roach groups, and for some things like ectobiids this has had excellent results. There are a few outliers and I plan to make individual sections for these, much as I did for corydiids.
