3/28/2021: Some miscellaneous spring updates
Compared to last year our weather lately has been outright gorgeous and much of the flora is waking up for spring proper. This has given (or forced, rather) my hand on many spring related duties, such as moving some of my indoor animals outside and prepping my yard for its yearly wildlife inundation including a renewed battle with the hoofed giant rats some call “deer”.
I’ll be punching through e-mails a bit today and more decisively tomorrow while the bug room gets a deep clean followed by shipping on Tuesday; the goal is to be fully back on track by next week. Somehow despite my preparations I’m always surprised by how long it takes me to get back on track after a trip, no doubt thanks to always finding more to bring back than I’m expecting.
Regardless, some New Species pages should be added within the next two weeks and then we’ll be into uncharted territory: managing the site while working two jobs at once. Stay tuned!
