9/7/2024: The Final Weekly General Livestream, fundraiser and auction details

1. Before participating, please be familiar with the Youtube Community Guidelines: https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/
2. All participants must be 18 years of age or older, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Terminology used during the stream will correspond with those found on the Roach Crossing Terms and Conditions page: https://www.roachcrossing.com/terms-conditions/
4. Bids will be placed in real time in the DISCORD SERVER. The end of each bidding round will be announced by “going once, going twice” in the livestream and an “X” in the Discord, with the end of the round marked by “SOLD”. The winning bid will be the one immediately above the “SOLD” notation in the DISCORD SERVER.
5. All bids are to be placed in US dollars. THE MINIMUM BID INCREMENT IS ONE DOLLAR. Dollar signs are not required on bids. All bid quantities MUST BE FOLLOWED BY A PERIOD ( . ). EG, 40. = Forty dollars. 400. = Four hundred dollars. Etc. Between items/item sets I will be inventorying the next set and will leave a notification up regarding this.
6. Winners must contact RoachCrossing@gmail.com within 48 hours of their winning bids to finalize their purchase. The e-mail must contain your DISCORD username (and Youtube username if you have both) followed by “auction winner”. EG, BUGKEEPERPERSON24 AUCTION WINNER. This will be cross-referenced with a winner’s list that will be maintained throughout the auction. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ROACHCROSSING@GMAIL.COM TO FINISH YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR WINNING BID, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS AND PURCHASES FROM ROACHCROSSING.COM. Payments may be made via Paypal or Zelle.
7. All winning bid orders OTHER THAN DRY/HARD GOODS AND REPTILES of more than $100 will ship for free through USPS priority mail. You may choose to upgrade to USPS express and this additional cost will be tabulated separately. This includes individual bids (EG, a single winning bid for $100 and nothing else) as well as cumulative wins (EG, several winning bids on several items adding up to $100).
8. Any reptiles put up for auction MUST BE SHIPPED THROUGH FEDEX. This cost is calculated and charged SEPARATELY FROM ALL OTHER AUCTION WINS.
9. All scheduled times for different categories are subject to change based on the pace of the auction.
10. Be courteous and kind to others in the chat at all times regardless of whether or not you’ve won a bid or were sniped. I will be taking several breaks throughout (bathroom, food, etc.) and will leave an indication of my return times.
11. All giveaway items will be shipped free through USPS priority mail.
12. If there are no bids on an item, I will post “PASS”. Anyone is welcome to claim the item at any time after.
13. To further clarify, after each “SOLD” is posted, the winner’s Discord name will be posted for future reference and to counter deleting winning bids. Deleting your winning bid will result in BLACKLISTING FROM ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS AND PURCHASES FROM ROACHCROSSING.COM.
14. Mistypes do happen in the heat of the moment. Bid corrections are allowed WITHIN REASON, but may not be done by editing the post. Your bid must be edited with X BEFORE AND AFTER the corrected bid. Example: Typing 2000. when you meant to type 200. would be corrected to X200.X. INTERPRETATION OF MISBID SITUATIONS IS ENTIRELY AT ROACH CROSSING’S DISCRETION. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE.
15. Some giveaway items may require trivia. Details/conditions for any of these giveaways will be stated verbally during the Youtube livestream, but NOT in the Discord Server.
16. There will be no group splitting in this auction.
17. All orders from the Final Weekly General Livestream auction will be shipped between September 27th and October 1st.
