Detailed Species Stats -Click-
The color scheme of these delightful Cubaris immediately reminds me of a Bernese mountain dog. What little information is available about this species states that they are found in caves in the Pak Chong province in northeastern Thailand. Despite their natural habitat this species thrives in a variety of conditions in captivity and can tolerate more humidity than rubber duckies or white tigers. It is also among the faster breeding Cubaris, though not as fast as murina. On several occasions I have observed individuals of different sizes and ages nudging each other followed by intense antennae flickering, perhaps the beginnings of more complex social behaviors.
