This pudgy springtail sports dull blue hues at adulthood and a rainbow of other colors throughout its growth. Cultures take time to establish but seem to bloom suddenly and spontaneously. In the wild, this variety is found under moist logs in deciduous forests. It has not yet been used as a clean-up crew yet but has good potential due to its hardiness.
