The delightful orange domino roach shares its pattern with the regular domino roach, only with stylish orange spots on its wings instead of white. Freshly molted adults will display white spots for several days after molting, but these eventually change to orange. The plump adult females are good for handling, and the fuzzy nymphs often emerge to feed with substrate particles stuck to their hairy bodies. Unique among the three commonly cultured Therea sp., orange domino roach nymphs have a slight reddish-purple tinge.
