Detailed Species Stats -Click-
Bolivar’s isopod is a large species found in mountainous areas of eastern Spain. The body shape and pigmentation suggests this species is more cave-adapted than similar isopods such as Porcellio magnificus and expansus. This is an easy species to keep in well-ventilated set-ups, but colonies tend to proliferate in bursts so their numbers never get as absurdly high as some other Porcellio. This species is not picky and will consume all types of organic matter from poor quality dog food to moldy apple. Well-rotted leaves and roach frass are particular favorites.
