This is a genetic powerhouse for those looking to create their own Porcellio scaber lines. Unlike “Lottery Ticket”, which is a mixture of simple recessive mutations, “Gene Machine” is a mixture of 7 different localities allowed to breed rampantly for more than five generations. When working with simple recessive strains, it is easy to have your work muddied by oranges, white outs, dalmatians, kois, and other traits that will strip your pigment projects away. “Gene Machine”‘s natural mixture ensures that your phenotypes will be distinct and not the result of pesky hets, with the exception of possible dalmatians due to the addition of the unique “Briceville” stock, the birth place of pure “Dalmatian” in the United States.
