This is the zebra-striped roly-poly that kicked off the modern isopod craze. They are easy to keep, lively, and somehow strikingly colorful despite being dichromatic. This particular strain, while never formally named or given locality data, was one of the first to be cultured and is larger and more consistently patterned than miscellaneous strains from recent imports.
